Acting on behalf of Speedyhire Michael Steel & Co have, with joint agents Lamb & Swift, completed a sub-letting of a trade counter depot at 405 York Road in Leeds to Dezine Bathrooms.Com Ltd to facilitate their expansion. The single storey depot premises extending to 4,492 sq ft were held by way of a lease at a passing rent of £17,386 per annum. A five year term at the passing rent is completed.
