Txttools Ltd

Michael Steel & Co have acted on behalf of Txttools, a UK subsidiary of Blackboard Ink (a large publically traded American concern) in their relocation, to facilitate expansion, to refurbished offices at fourth floor, Marshall Mills, Holbeck Village, Leeds. Terms for a five year lease were competed in July 2011 based upon a rent rising to £16.50 per sq ft and twelve months rent concession.
