Former Kwik Save, Leeds - On behalf of Manchester based George LB Ltd, Michael Steel & Co have let 5,000 sq ft of sales and 1,700 sq ft of ancillary space at Unit 2, 255 Dewsbury Road, Leeds to Kashmir Supermarkets Ltd on a full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years at a headline rent of £47,500.
This was the remaining space of the former Kwik Save following the splitting, letting and sale of Unit 1 fronting Dewsbury Road to Iceland. Michael Steel & Co were brought on board in November 2012 to dispose of the remaining space and negotiations were swiftly concluded with Kashmir Supermarkets in February 2013.
