Former Triangle Inn and car park on Rochdale Road near Sowerby Bridge was sold to a developer in June 2019.  The Grade II Listed public house extends to around 6,200 sq ft and the property generated a great deal of local interest attracting many offers.  The building had been unused for over 10 years and had been subjected to internal vandalism.  The price agreed was £180,000.
