Acting on behalf of Abingdon Estates and Fisher Europa, Michael Steel & Co have concluded negotiatons for the hand back of the former Thomas Cook offices and call centre within the characterful Riverside House at Aspley Marina in Huddersfield.  A subsequent sale has been completed to the University of Huddersfield at a price which equates to in excess of £100 per sq ft (reflecting the ground rent).  Rodney Dalton at Lupton Fawcett Dennison Till acted for the vendors.
