Michael Steel & Co, on behalf of Dewsbury based clients, Bluespot Furniture Ltd, have acquired modern premises to continue their expansion.
Bluespot, who have been based on Ravensthorpe Industrial Estate for more than 10 years, boast the latest technology in panel processing enabling them to offer the most complex office furniture designs manufactured to the highest quality. They presently occupy two adjacent industrial buildings and are to relocate before the end of the year.
They have acquired the former Sabre Structures buildling on Bretton Park which is one of the few industrial development sites over the last decade or so in the north Kirklees area. Other occupiers on the estate include A&J Fabtech and the former Victorian Bathrooms arehouse of over 200,000 sq ft.
Bluespot's new premises extend to 30,000 sq ft of high quality industrial/warehouse space ibcluding office provisions. The vendor's agents, Sanderson Weatheralls, were initially seeking offers in the region of £1.5m.

Bluespot are to relocate later in the year and their existing modern premises of 16,500 sq ft on Ravensthorpe Industrial Estate will be offered for sale.
