Upon instructions of Finn Associates, Michael Steel & Co consulted in the promotion of a 2 acre site with derelict agricultural buildings in Donnington, Lincolnshire, worked with JT Architecture to secure planning permission and subsequently arranged a sale through joint agents, Brown & Co achieving a price equating to £90,000 per plot; a realisation significantly above the initial valuation assessments of the property prior to successfully achieving planning and competitive sale circumstances.
