Acting on behalf of Canal & River Trust, Michael Steel & Co have included the sale of characterful former side warehouse buildings arranged around a stone courtyard with occupiers including Ultimate Outdoors and the Aagrah at a price equating to a yield of approximately 7.3%.  The availability of the property generated a significant level of interest and was concluded by an informal tender.
