Cartwright House, Springwell Road, Leeds - acting on behalf of Trustees in the marketing of edge of leeds city centre factory and office premises extending to approximately 25,000 sq ft on a site of 0.67 acres, the terms for the sale of the freehold interest available at £450,000 were concluded with a Leeds based purchaser.  A price was agreed 'in the ballpark' of the guide price.  'A 'big thank you' from the joint Trustees for all your advice and negotiations on our behalf in the property sale' - AD, joint Trustee.
