Nationwide Curtain Makers acquisition – acting on behalf of clients Michael Steel & Co have conducted negotiations with the landlord’s agent, Josh Holmes of Carter Towler acting on behalf of Marrtree.  Terms were agreed for a 5 year lease of the modern 5,680 sq ft light industrial unit with offices on a tenants full repairing and insuring basis at a rent equating to £6.50 psf.  The tenants completed the letting within 3 weeks of the agreement of Heads of Terms, including the commissioning of the Schedule of Condition.
