Seedley Service Station, Salford, Manchester - Michael Steel & Co acted on behalf of Geoffrey Martin & Co, the receivers of Remilion Ltd in the sale of a 'non trading' petrol filling station, following the restructuring of a letting of the car wash tenant in occupation.  The property was offered for sale by private treaty quoting a guide price of £325,000 in August 2015 and a sale was completed, on an unconditional basis, in November, at a price approaching in the guide level in conjunction with the payment of an exclusivity fee.
