Acting on behalf of British Waterways Michael Steel & Co have offered former lock keepers offices and accommodation with car parking extending to approximately 1,500 sq ft adjacent to the Granary Wharf development in Holbeck, Leeds. The letting has been completed in June 2010 to specialist recruitment consultants, The Works, facilitating their relocation. Terms for a six year lease at the quoted rent of £15,000 per annum have been completed based upon a new six year lease.
