Belgrade Insulations Expansion

Following the property acquisition due diligence of the corporate acquisition of Belgrade Insulations of Northampton, Michael Steel & Co have acted in the acquisition of the Yorkshire depot at Gildersome Spur Distribution Centre. Warehouse and office premises of 20,105 sq ft (with 4,000 sq ft office content) have been acquired by way of a ten year lease, with tenant break option on the fifth anniversary at a headline rent of £4.25 per sq ft an a significant rent free period.
