Michael Steel & Co acted on behalf of Caygill Holdings Ltd in the marketing and disposal Newhold Industrial Estate, Aberford Road, Garforth a light industrial and office premises of 4,595 sq ft plus adjacent compound of 0.69 acres.  The property was offered for sale in the summer of 2015.  The marketing generated competitive interest and the 'best offers' process generated a price in the region of the guide of £400,000.
