Acting on behalf of Tony Denham and Sarah Long of DL Partnership LLP, the liquidators of Barlow Refractory Products Ltd, Michael Steel & Co have completed the sale of Units 14 & 15 Ashfield Way, Whitehall Industrial Estate, Leeds on 20^th December 2009. The premises comprise single storey factory and offices extending to approximately 1,700 m² (18,500 s ft) and were available by private treaty at a guide price of £450,000. The purchaser, CTH UK Limited, a furniture retail concern, have purchased the premises to form their central distribution and head office facility.
