Global Autocare - Continued Expansion

One of the UK's premiser fleet management businesses, Global Autocare's continued expansion necessitated a search for additional commercial premises.  The brief was to acquire the freehold interest in a large single storey portal framed industrial property with expansion potential and large yard capacity - a unique and, on the face of it, impossible task to fulfill by a single acquisition within the yarget area of search.  The conclusion has been the acquisition of two adjacent properties comprising 105,000 sq ft of the Leeds West (former Symphony Kitchens) factory together with the simultaneous acquisition of an adjacent 5 acres of development land.  "This complex acquisition in all respects with a successful outcome dependent upon the performance of the team following the acquisition negotiations conducted by Andrew Steel" says David Sadler , Finance Director of Global.
