Michael Steel & Co have advised Stephen Bear Gearboxes, a genuine family business specialising in the overhaul of gearboxes for the automotive industry across the North of England, in their acquisition of freehold engineering premises fronting the Millshaw ring road in Leeds.  "Two customers and a friend, quite independently, suggested Andrew Steel was the right person to help us identify suitable new premises to relocate to and take us through the purchase process.  We have secured the perfect property which will help us continue and expand and to meet our customers' needs in a great location; Andrew pointed out the potential pitfalls so we could avoid them and clearly has long established trusting relationships within the property sector bringing genuine goodwill to the process".  Stephen Brear
