Michael Steel & Co have acted on behalf of Valley CPI Ltd, in the leasehold restructuring and acquisition of factory and office premises extending to a gross internal floor area of approximately 55,000 sq ft on a 3 acre site at Gorse Hill Industrial Estate in Leicester. Terms for a new tenants full repairing and insuring ten year lease was completed in June 2010 at a rent of approximately £200,000 per annum exclusive.
